2. Forms and data collected

When you use a form, we process the information you provide. Depending on the form, this includes your name, work email address, company, message and selected service. We use this data to provide the requested content or report and respond to your specific inquiry.

3. AI Diagnostic Lab

For the free outside-in scan, we automatically retrieve the publicly accessible website you provide and analyse only publicly visible technical and content signals. The scan itself does not store the URL in our CRM. Only when you explicitly request the report after seeing the result do we, with your consent, transfer your name, email address, company, website domain, selected agent, score, finding, detected signals and any campaign parameters to our lead systems.

Processing is used to send the result report, two relevant follow-ups and enable personal handling by Davies Meyer. The scan is an automated initial indicator, not a final professional assessment. No solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects takes place.

4. Legal basis and withdrawal

Processing for downloads, reports and related follow-ups is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Collaboration inquiries are processed to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect by email or by using the email unsubscribe link in an email.

5. Service providers and recipients

We do not sell your data. We use Favorade for lead management and Resend (Resend Inc., USA) for email delivery. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses. The website is hosted and delivered through Vercel.

6. Analytics and campaign measurement

This website uses Plausible Analytics for aggregated, cookie-free audience and conversion measurement. Campaign measurement may process UTM parameters, cohort identifiers and pseudonymous contact identifiers. Please do not place names or email addresses in URLs.

7. Your rights

You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Contact: hello@daviesmeyer.com

8. Retention

We delete personal data when it is no longer required for its purpose and no statutory retention obligation applies. Lead and consent data is reviewed regularly and deleted no later than two years after the last interaction.
