AI readiness assessment

Where your marketing stack stands today.

20 yes/no questions, 5 axes, ~4 minutes. Score 0-100, tier readout, concrete next step — no email needed.

20 questions, ~4 minutes. Answer honestly — over-estimating only distorts your recommendation.

01 · Identity

A brand identity AI can inherit as a prompt — not a PDF brand book.

Does a written brand identity document exist (voice / positioning)?
Does it include operational rules (not just adjectives like "bold, clear")?
Was it updated in the last 6 months?
Could a new team member write on-brand from it alone?
02 · Context

Institutional knowledge laid out so an AI can find it in under 30 seconds.

Is there a single source for "what we learned"?
Is customer language (interviews, calls, tickets) captured somewhere searchable?
Are past campaign assets findable in under 60 seconds?
Is all of the above in plain text / markdown (not just slides or videos)?
03 · Production

Recurring tasks run through templates and processes, not from scratch every time.

Do you have brief templates for your 3 most frequent task types?
Is 50 % or more of your output produced through reusable processes?
Is there a voice check / quality gate before every output ships?
Can new team members produce with the system from day 1?
04 · Measurement

You can tell what worked in under 5 minutes — without going on gut feel.

Is there a dashboard you actually open weekly?
Can you attribute your top 3 conversions / deals to a source?
Is "what we learned" written down per campaign?
Do those learnings get cited in the next brief?
05 · Automation

Tasks, approvals and automation boundaries are deliberately defined.

For at least one recurring task, is it defined what runs automatically and when a person reviews it?
Does at least 1 task run with human-in-the-loop AI assist?
Have you defined verification gates (self-score, fact-check, adversarial reread)?
Is there a read-only connection to calendar / inbox / CRM for your agent?

How it works

Four questions per axis. Each yes counts 5 points. At the end you see your score, bottleneck (your weakest axis) and which next step has the highest leverage.

Method

The five axes come from the Creative Engineering framework: Identity, Context, Production, Measurement, Automation — the order in which a marketing stack becomes durable.
